Both tablets offer AMOLED displays with refresh rates up to 120Hz, RAM starting at 12GB, and a redesigned S Pen included with every S11 model. The Tab S11 Ultra has a 14.6-inch anti-reflective AMOLED panel, Wi‑Fi 7, and 256GB–1TB storage options; the base 11-inch S11 supports Wi‑Fi 6E and 128GB–512GB storage. Samsung discontinued the Tab Plus variant and released only base and Ultra configurations.
