"The earphones have a new stem design and a grille element placed at the top. Previous leaks have shown that the stem will support touch-based gestures including squeeze and swipe. Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Buds 4 Pro and Buds 4 will also feature a redesigned case where the earbuds lie flat. The 'Blade Lights' from the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro don't seem to be making a comeback. The earbuds are expected to launch next year in late January with the Galaxy S26 lineup."
Samsung plans Galaxy Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro as part of the Galaxy S26 launch early next year. The standard Buds 4 will arrive in black and white and share a similar overall silhouette with the Pro model while omitting silicone eartips. The earphones adopt a new stem design with a grille element at the top. Leaks indicate the stem will support touch-based gestures such as squeeze and swipe. The charging case has been redesigned so the earbuds lie flat. The previous 'Blade Lights' feature from Buds 3 Pro appears to be removed. Launch timing targets late January.
