Major retailers such as Walmart, Home Depot, and TJX have tested or required police-style body cameras to protect staff and gather evidence against offenders. Axon adapted its law-enforcement camera for retail and healthcare use and reported $2.1 billion in total revenue, including about $247 million from body cameras and accessories. Axon plans to launch a smaller Body Workforce Mini roughly the size of an AirPods Pro case, equipped with communication, AI, and HD video capabilities to deter incidents and limit shrinkage.
