Jackery's roaming robot at CES is every power users' dream outdoor gadget
"So far, nothing special, but what sets this apart from the competition is that this is packed into a shell that's all-weather IP65-rated and, as well as shrugging off water and dirt, the Explorer 1500 Ultra is capable of handling magnitude-9 earthquake forces and operating in temperatures ranging from a very chilly 5 degrees Fahrenheit (F) to a sweltering 113 degrees F."
"Despite the name, Jackery wants you to think of this as less of an old-fashioned gazebo and more "an aesthetically designed independent living space" that can be outside your home or set up in an off-grid location. The Jackery Solar Gazebo is built from an ultra-durable 6063 T5 aluminum frame and a louvered roof and is fitted with industrial-grade, high-efficiency 2,000W solar panels capable of generating up to 10 kilowatt-hours per day."
Jackery unveiled three off-grid power products: the Explorer 1500 Ultra portable power station, the Solar Gazebo, and the Solar Mars Bot autonomous solar robot. The Explorer 1500 Ultra offers 1,536 Wh capacity, 1,800 W continuous and 3,600 W peak output in an IP65-rated shell that withstands magnitude-9 earthquake forces and operates from 5°F to 113°F. The Solar Gazebo uses a 6063 T5 aluminum frame, louvered roof, and industrial-grade 2,000W solar panels capable of generating up to 10 kilowatt-hours per day. The Solar Mars Bot provides autonomous solar charging that eliminates the need to carry a separate power station for off-grid use.
