The Sonos Ace stood out for exceptional comfort, relaxed clamping force, plush headband, and memory-foam earcups, enabling extended wear. Its sound is warm and dynamic with elevated bass and a slight treble bump that avoids listening fatigue. A summer software update improved active noise cancellation, noticeably reducing airport PA noise, though airplane engine rumble remained perceptible.
