Google has invested a lot of time and money into Gemini and so it was always just a matter of time until it reached every device and platform where Google is in charge of the software.
Unfortunately, in true Google fashion, there's no actual timeline to speak of here - 'later this year' definitely has to be the company's favorite phrase.
