Deals: the iPhone Air is 200 off, Xiaomi, Poco and Google phones also get price cuts
"Apple is trying to kickstart a new trend with the iPhone Air - it measures only 5.6mm thick and weighs only 165g and that makes it feel special when you hold it in your hand. It's a shame that beyond being thin and light, the phone isn't all that good at anything. It has a 6.5" LTPO OLED display, a single 48MP camera and a small 3,149mAh battery with wired and wireless charging. Right now, it's €200 off its regular price."
"The Apple iPhone 16 is from last year and right now it has a modest €80 discount. It's neither as thin nor as light as the Air at 7.8mm and 170g - this is despite the iPhone 16 having a much smaller 6.1" display. It does have a larger 3,561mAh battery, though, which gives it more endurance (15:42h vs. 12:44h in our tests). The iPhone 16e was already the cheapest new iPhone, now it's even more so with a €120 discount."
"The Xiaomi 15T Pro is €140 off, so the 12/512GB model now costs €760 - it was €800 a week ago. It has a big 6.83" 12-bit 144Hz OLED display. It is powered by the Dimensity 9400+ chipset and a 5,500mAh battery (90W wired, 50W wireless charging). The 15T Pro is equipped with a 50MP main camera (1/1.31") and a 50MP 5x periscope (115mm), plus a 12MP ultra-wide camera (120°) and a 32MP selfie camera."
Analysts find the iPhone Air is selling below expectations and receives frequent discounts; it measures 5.6mm thick, weighs 165g, and currently has a €200 reduction. The phone has a 6.5" LTPO OLED, a single 48MP camera, and a 3,149mAh battery with wired and wireless charging but lacks standout performance. The iPhone 16 has an €80 discount, a 6.1" display, is 7.8mm and 170g, and a larger 3,561mAh battery that delivered 15:42h versus 12:44h for the Air. The iPhone 16e is €120 off and uses an A18 chipset with one fewer GPU core. The Xiaomi 15T Pro is €140 off to €760 with a 6.83" 12-bit 144Hz OLED, Dimensity 9400+, 5,500mAh battery, and multi-camera array; the 15T stays €310 cheaper.
