Liquidator restarts lawsuit against widow of Console suicide charity founder
Legal proceedings seeking a judgment against Patricia Kelly, wife of the late Console suicide bereavement charity founder Paul Kelly, have been re-entered in the High Court by a liquidator. Patricia Kelly, aged 65, of Alexandra Manor, Clane, Co Kildare, was convicted and fined two years ago for accounting irregularities at the charity.
