Inspirit Capital has successfully acquired Kaplan Languages Group, with the sale set to finalize on May 1. Kaplan Inc., founded in 1938, offers various educational services, including language training. Kaplan Languages Group operates over 20 language schools in eight countries and partners with more than 100 universities in the U.S. and Canada. CEO David Jones stated the decision to sell was difficult but necessary for focusing on higher education. Inspirit Capital aims to support KLG's growth while maintaining quality and consistency for students and partners.
