Donations to Bromley foodbank will be DOUBLED this week
Briefly

Bromley Borough Foodbank is participating in Small Charities Week through Big Give, where donations made from June 23 to June 30 will be doubled. This initiative responds to increasing demands for emergency food support across Bromley, despite the area's wealth, as over 15,000 local children live in poverty. The foodbank distributed over 8,000 food parcels last year and continues to provide essential support along with vouchers for groceries and advice on various issues. Manager Kate Sing'ombe emphasizes the crucial financial differences such donations can make to their operations.
We are so grateful for the support of Global Make Some Noise. Doubling all of our donations makes a massive difference to a small charity like us.
Despite Bromley's reputation as one of London's wealthiest areas, more than 15,000 children are living in poverty and many families face rising pressure during the school holidays.
