"The community of Donard/Glen was deeply saddened by the untimely death of Marie O'Neill, Donard Mountain after a long illness. Marie was laid to rest in Donard Cemetery on Sunday last after Mass celebrating her life in Donard Church. We would like to extend our sincere sympathy to her husband Seamus, daughters Karen, Fiona and Gilian and her extended family, relatives and friends. Ar dheis De go raibh a h-anam dilis."

She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken and beloved husband, Seamus, her cherished daughters Karen, Fiona and Gillian, sons-in-law Kevin, Simon and Kevin, grandchildren Ruairí, Caoimhín, Kate, Sadhbh, Siún, Lauren, Aoibheann, Caoimhe and Daire, her sister Anne, her brothers Pat and Denis, brother-in-law Anthony, sister-in-law Bridget, nieces, nephews, extended family, wonderful neighbours and a wide circle of friends."
"The Mass Rock Mass at Corragh - will be held on May 31st. Meeting in St. Kevin's Church carpark, Hollywood at 6.30am. Mass time is 8.30am. Please note there will be no Mass in St. Kevin's Church that Morning."
A public meeting will provide an update on the West Wicklow Community Kitchen Garden and include a brainstorming session on Monday 25 May at 8pm in Donard Community Hall. The monthly Donard I.C.A. guild meeting will take place on Wednesday 20 May at 7.30pm in Donard Hall, with new members welcome. The Donard/Glen community extends sympathy following the death of Marie O’Neill of Donard Mountain after a long illness, with Mass and burial in Donard Cemetery. Marie O’Neill’s funeral took place in Donard after her death on May 14. A Mass Rock Mass at Corragh will be held on May 31, meeting at St. Kevin’s Church carpark in Hollywood at 6.30am for an 8.30am Mass, with no Mass in St. Kevin’s Church that morning. Sympathy is also extended to the family of Gale Rene Pullen-Foster of Dunlavin, who died after a short illness in Naas Hospital.
