AMC Private Equity obtained a £6.75 million invoice discounting facility and loan from Bibby Financial Services to support AMC's acquisition of Nottingham-based Linsco Ltd, a construction-focused agency with 47 years' experience. The funding will assist both Linsco and AMC in pursuing growth and Linsco's plan to become the largest construction-focused agency in the UK. Pinnacle Business Finance introduced the parties, and a BFS deal team led by Glenn Souter completed the transaction. AMC selected BFS for speed, sector knowledge, third-party coordination, and a tailored facility completed in under two months.
