"The two unions - CGT and Sud - are involved in pay negotiations and have called a one-day strike demanding a €400 increase for workers."
"SNCF on Monday said that TER services would be "quasi-normal with some disruption on lines in Occitanie and Île de France.""
""the evolution of the profession, marked by a constant increase in tasks and the need for versatility, must oblige management to immediately raise salaries""
A one-day strike by CGT and Sud on Tuesday 13 December demands a €400 pay increase and higher bonuses. The action is expected to cause limited disruption overall. High-speed TGV and Intercité services will run normally, and Eurostar is unaffected. Disruption will concentrate on local TER trains, especially in Occitanie and the Île de France region, where services may be reduced. Paris Metro, bus and tram services operated by RATP will be unaffected, as will RER lines A and B; other RER lines and Transilien suburban services are likely to see fewer services.
