Brigitte Macron used a vulgar slur toward activists who disrupted a stand-up show by actor-comedian Ary Abittan. Activists interrupted the performance wearing masks labeling Abittan "rapist" and shouting allegations; a 2021 accusation against Abittan was dropped in 2023 for lack of evidence.
