The six-course, Latin American–inspired menu is created by Head Chef Beatriz Maldonado Carreño and features Colombian-style empanadas with beef brisket, hake and prawn ceviche with tomatillo leche de tigre, slow-cooked duck leg in banana leaves with black beans and sweetcorn dumplings, and caramelised bananas with aguardiente and coconut ice cream. A dinner-for-four giveaway takes place on 15 January 2026 at Walthamstow Pumphouse Museum with entry terms and age restrictions.
