Local artists, including Nani Chacon, contributed to its design, reflecting the vibrant culture of New Mexico. CEO Avi Broshand expresses excitement about the creative growth in the city.
Palisociety, known for its chic, effortlessly cool boutique hotels, just opened its latest outpost, this time in the Land of Enchantment. Arrive Albuquerque is now one more reason to book a trip to New Mexico's capital.
The city is ripe for a creative boom...we are excited to be at the forefront of the downtown core's next chapter, said Avi Broshand, Palisociety CEO and founder.
The building that now houses Arrive was constructed in 1965 and was originally named the Downtowner...Palisociety then spent roughly a year thoroughly— and thoughtfully— renovating the property.
On the exterior of the building, you can see an expansive mural created by local Diné and Chicana artist Nani Chacon...prominently features a candy-red lowrider among blooming nopal cactuses.
