Pigs & Pinot will return to Healdsburg for its 19th year on March 20 and 21, relocating from the Hotel Healdsburg to the newly opened Appelation Healdsburg resort, a Charlie Palmer hospitality project. The two-day event includes a grand tasting with pork-centric bites and roughly 60 Pinot Noirs from California, Oregon, and some from France. The festival will stage a gala dinner featuring all-star father-son chef teams including Charlie and Reed Palmer, Wolfgang and Byron Lazaroff-Puck, Emeril and EJ Lagasse, Jean-Georges and Cedric Vongerichten, and Dr. Tim and Jackson Ryan. Reed Palmer serves as chef de cuisine at Folia Bar & Kitchen under Executive Chef David Intonato.
