Altamura Trattoria will host a wine experience on Saturday, February 21, featuring Ottin winemaker and mountain wines from Valle D'Aosta, including Petite Arvine, Fumin, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Guests receive a Cham-Piedmont welcome cocktail and passed bites, followed by a four-course Northern Italy–inspired dinner paired with each wine. Casadonna expanded its Sunday brunch into a weekend al fresco experience with live music, Biscayne Bay views, Italian-inspired dishes, signature cocktails, spritzes and wines. The gourmet buffet includes pastries, charcuterie, a seafood tower and raw bar, sushi, omelets, pastas, prime rib and chicken and waffles. Otto's High Dive will take over Sweet Liberty, and Mister O1 is expanding to Dania Pointe.
