Single Thread in Healdsburg was named one of 10 restaurants to share the No. 1 position in La Liste's 2026 Top 1,000 Restaurants, released Nov. 24. The three-Michelin-starred restaurant is owned and operated by Kyle and Katina Connaughton. This marks the second consecutive year Single Thread earned the highest honor from the Paris-based platform. Chef-owner Kyle Connaughton expressed pride in the team's work and said the recognition highlights the quality of Sonoma products, artisans, farmers and winemakers.
