Hershey's released a limited-edition Dubai-inspired chocolate bar combining milk chocolate with green pistachio filling and kadayif pastry. The company produced 10,000 bars and staged the release like a sneaker drop. Pistachio and kadayif cream were sourced from Italy and nine formulas were tested to balance crunch and salt. All bars were manufactured at Hershey, Pennsylvania research and development center over about two months from late July to September. Development used the company's "Velocity Lab" to accelerate prototyping and respond to trend signals. Pricing is $8.99 at Hershey's Chocolate World Times Square and via Gopuff in select cities.
