Founded in 2018 by former Division 1 collegiate cheerleader Brianna Keefe, Toastique offers healthier quick-serve alternatives. A new Toastique will open at 1001 S. Olive St. in downtown Los Angeles this fall. The 2,209-square-foot location will provide indoor and outdoor seating and a menu focused on gourmet toasts such as Avocado Smash, Smoked Salmon, and PB Crunch Toast. The menu also features smoothies, cold-pressed juices, açí bowls, craft coffee, and fruit bowls like Mango Tango and Dragonberry. The downtown shop will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and join more than 50 locations nationwide.
