Four Roses Unveils 2025 Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon Launching September 3 | stupidDOPE | Est. 2008
Briefly

Four Roses Distillery is set to release the 2025 Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon on September 3. This limited edition marks the 18th in the annual small batch series, showcasing a unique blend from three of the brand's ten proprietary recipes. Master Distiller Brent Elliott crafted this non-chill filtered bourbon at 109 proof. The blend includes four distinct batches aged 13 and 19 years, each contributing unique character. Tasting notes reveal sweet and complex flavors with a rich profile inviting a multisensory experience.
When blending this year's release, I was drawn to the 13-year-old V batches that showcase pronounced delicate fruit and sweet barrel tones... The OBSK brought in a complexity that I think people will really enjoy. The addition of the 19-year-old OBSV also adds another layer of depth and aged character that rounds out the blend beautifully.
The result of this blend is a rich, evolving bourbon that invites the senses on a journey. The nose opens with sweet apricot, vanilla, caramel, and hints of black tea leaves, rye spice, and mellow oak.
