Flour + Water Pizza Shop is an offshoot of Flour + Water's mini dynasty. The shop, with an Oracle-adjacent location in Mission Rock, is crossing the bridge to Uptown Oakland. The East Bay iteration will serve whole pies, "Big Slices", and wine and beer. The menu will include both whole-pie and slice-by-slice options alongside alcoholic beverages.
