"The limited-time seasonal candy canes will be sold Friday, Nov. 28 and Sunday, Nov. 30 and Dec. 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 22 and 24 at the Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen in Disneyland and Saturday, Nov. 29 and Dec. 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 23 and 25 at Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure during the winter holiday season at the Anaheim theme parks."
"Disneyland and DCA will ditch the mobile waitlist system this year and return to a wristband distribution for candy cane purchases. Sweet cravers will need to look for Disney cast members handing out wristbands at the candy cane locations in the parks. In past years, the color-coded wristbands were printed with return times when visitors could make their purchases. Candy makers shape fresh hand-pulled candy canes at Trolley Treats on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, CA, on Monday, December 11, 2023."
"If you can, your best bet is to get candy canes on a weekday at DCA (Dec. 1, 3, 8, 10, 15 and 17) or when there are fewer annual passholders in the park (Dec. 22-25) The worst days to go: Sundays at Disneyland (Nov. 30 and Dec. 7 and 14) or Saturday at DCA (Nov. 29). You probably want to avoid the first day candy canes go on sale Friday, Nov. 28 unless you're a glutton for punishment or peppermint."
Limited-edition hand-pulled candy canes return to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure on specific dates in late November and December 2025. Sales will occur at the Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen in Disneyland and at Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure. The parks will use wristband distribution again instead of a mobile waitlist, with cast members handing out wristbands and past wristbands showing return times. Weekday visits to DCA or dates with fewer annual passholders (Dec. 22–25) offer better odds. Popular and weekend dates are busiest, so visitors should arrive early to secure wristbands.
