"Southern Proper Hospitality Group has closed multiple restaurants in the last days of 2025, including two Tin Lizzy's Cantina locations in Dunwoody and East Cobb. Chido & Padre's on East Andrews and the ever-popular holidays pop-up, the Blind Pig Parlour Bar in Buckhead, are also shuttered. "The Blind Pig will be closing at this location, but as a concept built on pop-up energy and reinvention, we're exploring possibilities for where it might appear next," reads a statement from Southern Proper Hospitality Group."
"Ponce City Market has closed four food stalls: Chef Hector Santiago's La Metro, Ton Ton Ramen & Yakitori, Miso Ko, and cookie shop Sugar Shane's, Tomorrow's News Today first reported. La Metro, a Spanish tapas bar, was open for a year in the former Biltong Bar space. Santiago's Latin American restaurant and sandwich shop, El Super Pan, will remain open."
"Chef Guy Wong opened the beloved Ton Ton Ramen & Yakitori in 2016 and Miso Ko in 2018. The steaming bowls of ramen at Ton Ton have remained a fixture at Ponce City Market, but reports of a disagreement between Wong and his business partner, Mike Blum, on the lease have shuttered the food stalls. Wong will continue to run Ruby Chow's on Glen Iris Drive and Big Boss Chinese in Midtown."
Several longtime Atlanta restaurants and food stalls closed quietly over the holidays. The Blind Pig Parlour Bar in Buckhead and Daddy D'z BBQ Joynt in Grant Park both shuttered. Southern Proper Hospitality Group closed multiple locations, including two Tin Lizzy's Cantina sites, Chido & Padre's, and the Blind Pig pop-up, with the Blind Pig concept potentially appearing elsewhere. Ponce City Market lost four stalls: La Metro, Ton Ton Ramen & Yakitori, Miso Ko, and Sugar Shane's. Reported causes include a lease disagreement between partners and owners choosing not to renew leases. Some related locations will remain open under their operators.
