The Brooklyn pizza scene continues to evolve with other next-gen operations expanding across the borough. Slik, a Copenhagen-inspired candy and soft-serve shop, is planned for 437 East 12th Street. Evil Katsu in the East Village will close on December 14 after opening in 2020.
