49ers fan food: The Levi's Stadium menu for 2025-26
"The Faithful are also foodies, so Levi's Stadium and its hospitality partner, Levy, make a concerted effort every year to come up with craveable culinary selections. The fan experience is the priority, executive chef Alvin Kabiling, now in his eighth season in Santa Clara, said on the eve of the San Francisco 49ers' home season opener. Here's a sampling of new offerings for 2025-26 and menu highlights."
"Araujo's Mexican Grill: Twenty years ago, Frank Araujo launched a food truck with family recipes as a little side business. His hidden gem on the East Side of San Jose took off, son-in-law and co-owner Nathan Casper says, and three years later he opened a brick-and-mortar. Now there are three locations (the newest in the Berryessa area near BART), and their first stand at Levi's Stadium. Look for their popular asada fries, tacos and burritos, with vegetarian and pastor fillings also available."
"Tres Hermanos: This sibling-owned operation, a mainstay at the SoFA Market in downtown San Jose and on the catering circuit, makes its debut at the stadium with papas locas baked potatoes topped with steak or pastor, guacamole, salsa, cheese, onions, cilantro along with aguas frescas and fresh fruit cups topped with tajin, lime and chamoy. Silva Sausages: It's all about the toppings this season."
Levi's Stadium and hospitality partner Levy expand 2025-26 concessions with chef-driven and local vendor offerings designed to enhance the fan experience. Executive chef Alvin Kabiling, in his eighth season, highlights suite items such as a Skuna Bay Salmon Platter with Japanese barbecue glaze, Churrasco Steak Sandwiches with bone marrow-naise and smoked red chimichurri, and an omakase-style sushi platter. New stand partners include Araujo's Mexican Grill serving asada fries, tacos and burritos with vegetarian and pastor options; Tres Hermanos offering papas locas, aguas frescas and fruit cups with tajin and chamoy; and Silva Sausages emphasizing topped Polish sausages.
