Unreleased Tarantino film called director's best' to finally be shown
"From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging."
"The presentation, titled Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, will essentially be a new Tarantino cinematic experience thanks to the inclusion of an exclusive animated sequence running for almost eight minutes. It will also remove Vol 1's cliffhanger ending, featuring assassins Bill (David Carradine) and Sofie Fatale (Julie Dreyfus), as well as the introduction to Vol 2, in which Uma Thurman's protagonist recaps events of the previous film. The running time is four hours and seven minutes."
The Independent solicits donations to fund on-the-ground reporting across issues including reproductive rights, climate change and Big Tech. Donations enable continued deployment of journalists to interview multiple perspectives and support free access to reporting without paywalls. The Independent emphasizes trust across the political spectrum and says quality journalism should be paid for by those who can afford it. Quentin Tarantino's two Kill Bill films have been combined into Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, a four-hour, seven-minute presentation featuring an almost eight-minute animated sequence and the removal of certain cliffhanger and recap elements. Lionsgate will release the film in select cinemas on 5 December.
