Summer is winding down, accounting for the lack of blockbusters this weekend. Benedict Cumberbatch headlines a remake of The War of the Roses opposite Olivia Colman in a black comedy about an increasingly volatile couple, joined by Andy Samberg and Kate McKinnon. Darren Aronofsky's Caught Stealing is a '90s-set crime thriller starring Austin Butler as Hank, a bartender and former baseball player entangled in a neighbor's drug ring, supported by a large ensemble cast including Regina King, Zoë Kravitz, Liev Schreiber, Vincent D'Onofrio, Bad Bunny, and Griffin Dunne. A wide release for The Toxic Avenger remake stars Peter Dinklage as Winston Gooze, a janitor transformed into a mutant who targets criminals and CEOs. The original 50-year-old blockbuster also returns this weekend.
