""These models are all built out of stolen data,""
""That's not to say that the technology is bad. We just need to build a system around the tech that allows people to give consent and get compensation for their content and their personal data.""
Joseph Gordon-Levitt made a surprise appearance at the Sundance Film Festival to support longtime friend and collaborator Noah Segan, director of The Only Living Pickpocket in New York. The visit coincided with a legacy screening of Mysterious Skin, which premiered at Sundance in 2005. Gordon-Levitt's career spans a wide range of film and television projects and shows no signs of slowing. He will star in Darren Aronofsky's upcoming horror film Pendulum alongside Phoebe Dynevor and Norman Reedus and cited admiration for Aronofsky's Black Swan. He voiced concerns about the growing use of artificial intelligence in filmmaking and urged consent, compensation, and ethical guardrails while using his Instagram to raise awareness.
