And, they're two different storylines. And, I think that's really exciting to be able to follow them both," Campbell said. Officer Jane Archer is a Kansas highway patrol officer who pursues a satanic serial killer after he kills her husband in front of her. The killer, referred to as Psycho Killer or the Slasher, embarks on a violent campaign across America while Archer tracks him in a quest for revenge. The narrative alternates perspectives between antagonist and protagonist, presenting two parallel storylines that follow both the slasher’s rampage and Archer’s pursuit.
