"On Wednesday, Andy Cohen's clubhouse rolled out the red carpet for the one and only Jennifer Lopez. As someone who religiously tunes in to Watch What Happens Live, it wasn't the most revelatory episode, but man, did Cohen try. He asked about whether or not Southern Charm's Madison LeCroy was the reason for her 2021 breakup with A-Rod ("You know I really have nothing to say about my personal life anymore. I feel like I'm done with that."); her career plans ("I only wanna do musicals!); and finally, if it was true that she once said she wouldn't work with Virgos ("I had maybe just had an issue with a Virgo...but I didn't mean it.")."
"In a game of "Plead the Fifth," Cohen asked who Lopez's best onscreen kiss was: "We have George Clooney, Matthew McConaughey, Ralph Fiennes, Richard Gere, Owen Wilson, Josh Lucas, it goes on and on," Cohen said of Lopez's roster of leading men. "Plus movies which are in the can waiting to come out!" Notably, Cohen didn't include the most obvious rom-com partner of all (read: her two-time ex-husband and two-time onscreen kiss in Jersey Girl and Gigli, Ben Affleck) as an option. "I'm gonna say my favorite...I just did a movie with Brett Goldstein and I'd say he was the best kisser," Lopez answered. The Ted Lasso guy??? I have no trouble believing he's a better kisser than Owen Wilson, but surely, he's not superior to Matthew McConaughey or, gee, I don't know, the dude she married twice..."
Jennifer Lopez appeared on Watch What Happens Live and answered rapid-fire questions about her personal life, career preferences, and past comments about zodiac signs. Lopez declined to elaborate on details of her 2021 breakup with A-Rod, stated she wants to focus on musicals, and qualified a past remark about not working with Virgos. During a "Plead the Fifth" segment, Lopez listed numerous famous co-stars and specifically called Brett Goldstein the best onscreen kisser. Her on-air answer reignited curiosity about past rumors linking her and Goldstein off-screen.
