The surgery is partly timed before a nude scene filming in the spring for Martin Scorsese's What Happens At Night, though she indicates she would still get the procedure regardless. She avoids fillers because they show on camera and receives Botox sparingly to preserve expressive use of her forehead for roles. She currently has no facelift plans but anticipates one in the future and attributes facial changes largely to aging.
