Thrive City will host Thrill-O-Ween, an afternoon of family-friendly Halloween activities including a special screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas and a costume contest with prizes for best dressed. Activities are themed for all ages and attendees should expect surprise pop-ups. Parking is available seven days a week at the Mercedes-Benz Garage; space on the plaza is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. A list of prohibited items and activities includes weapons, alcohol, coolers, lawn chairs, amplified sound, drones, bicycles or wheeled devices, smoking, tents, and unauthorized solicitation. Trained service animals on leashes are permitted under specified conditions.
