""a major, major tour with somebody who is huge in the industry" but "some things happened" that he couldn't discuss because it was a legal matter."
""false, baseless, and reckless.""
Brian King Joseph filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court claiming sexual harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation after being hired and then fired by Will Smith and Treyball Studios Management Inc. Joseph alleges a professional relationship began in November 2024, performed at two San Diego shows and recorded tracks for Smith's Based on a True Story album released March 28. Joseph says he was hired for the 2025 tour but was dismissed before the Europe and U.K. legs. Joseph posted on Instagram that he had been booked for a major tour but could not discuss legal matters and urged others to speak up. Smith's lawyer called the allegations false, baseless and reckless.
