Meet-and-greet appearances by Darth Vader, Han Solo and Princess Leia will begin at the Anaheim park on April 29, introducing eras from The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. The expansion applies only to the West Coast Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland; the Florida Batuu East location will retain its current timeframe. The two lands opened in 2019 set between 34–35 ABY; the new timeline now spans from 3 ABY to 35 ABY.
