In pictures: Stars dazzle at the British Museum's inaugural Pink Ball

An exclusive dinner at the British Museum invited 800 guests to a £2,000-a-head event aimed at becoming an annual fixture in London's social calendar. Ambani wore an embroidered pearl, sequin and crystal outfit created by 35 designers over 3,670 hours, while guests wore high-fashion gowns.
