A phased repatriation will begin with an open training session on Friday, November 7, capped at 23,000 spectators as a technical and operational test. All proceeds from the event will support the Blaugrana Bracelets project for hospitalised children's emotional wellbeing. Capacity will rise to 45,000, then 60,000, with full completion expected in June 2026; a matchday return around November 22 is being considered.
