Thiago Alcantara was approached by Levante to become their manager but turned down the offer. Levante sacked Julián Calero earlier in the month after poor results and also approached Raúl González, who declined. Thiago returned to Barcelona in September to rejoin Hansi Flick's staff, working on tactics, preparing training sessions and helping younger players. Thiago is actively developing his coaching by engaging with physiotherapists and fitness trainers to broaden his performance knowledge. He views coaching as an extension of his talent and aims to help athletes and make a meaningful impact on their careers.
