The Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) has decided to open proceedings this Friday against LaLiga president Javier Tebas following a complaint submitted to the Higher Sports Council (CSD) on 20 October. The complaint was filed in August by Miguel Angel Galan, president of CENAFE, seeking Tebas's removal under article 76.2.a) of Law 10/1990 for five very serious offences for breach of the duty of neutrality and confidentiality. The alleged offences include LaLiga's public refusal to authorise a €100m VIP box operation, publication and later removal of related information, a meeting with Athletic Club about Nico Williams, public Fair Play statements, and a confidentiality breach over a document sent on 28 March regarding the Dani Olmo case. The conduct is claimed to have caused economic and reputational harm.
