Barcelona need a win over Club Brugge to improve their UEFA Champions League position after a 6-1 victory over Olympiacos still left them outside the top eight. Club Brugge coach Nicky Hayen said his team have been playing well and will play high up the pitch with an attacking, man-marking approach. Hayen stated Barcelona's injuries do not materially change preparation because Barcelona have the quality to replace absent players. He declined to outline detailed tactics but said Brugge will try to counter Barcelona's high defensive line and have a plan to stop Lamine Yamal.
