Ferran Olive reaffirmed that Barça Licensing and Merchandising (BLM) is not for sale and that the board has never considered selling any percentage of the merchandising division. The Ordinary General Assembly approved the club's financial statements for the 2024-25 year. The club posted overall losses of €17 million due to extraordinary factors but recorded an ordinary profit of €2 million, with the auditor issuing no reservations. Olive described the club's economic state as stable while warning that sports spending and the wage bill must be controlled to avoid repeating past mistakes. He accused some individuals of using BLM-sale rumours for electoral purposes.
