Barcelona will play Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League at the Spotify Camp Nou on December 9 after obtaining the necessary license for increased capacity. The team returns to the stadium this Saturday for a LaLiga fixture against Athletic Bilbao following more than two years away. The Bilbao match will be held with a reduced crowd of 45,401 while renovations remain incomplete. Renovation work began in summer 2023 to modernise the stadium and expand capacity to 105,000.
