"The Urban Guard and the Fire Brigade have already validated evacuations and simulations. The exits are finished and work correctly. What is missing here is only an administrative decision."
"The rule requires everything to be processed online and we accept that, but we have had to divide the documentation into more than 50 packages because the servers cannot handle files of that size."
FC Barcelona has targeted 22 February to activate phase 1C and reopen the Gol Nord stand, raising stadium capacity to 62,657 spectators, 17,000 more than phase 1B. The date would coincide with the La Liga match against Levante (matchday 25). All seats, access points, exits, evacuation routes and services in Gol Nord are complete, with an additional 137 metres of usable perimeter for access and evacuation. The club originally planned a 7 February activation but procedural complexity with city authorities delayed the deadline. The delay stems from strict ORPIMO regulations and technical limits requiring documentation to be split into over 50 packages.
