Both Spanish clubs may offer loan deals with an option to buy to place Martinez in their B teams. International clubs such as Hoffenheim, Red Bull Salzburg and Club Brugge are also interested. Martinez has ten first-team appearances and a contract until 2029 with a €3 million release clause.
