I Love This Affordable Dutch Oven Almost as Much as My Le Creuset
Briefly

The author expresses a long-standing loyalty to Le Creuset Dutch ovens, having long admired their quality from the time of hosting cooking events. However, after testing various cookware brands for a job, they discovered Made In, a new contender that offers similar quality at a significantly lower price. Not only does Made In's Dutch oven match the durability and aesthetics of Le Creuset, but unique features, such as the pot's minimalist design and user-friendly handles, have led the author to choose it over the others more often than expected.
For nearly two decades, I had a similar attitude about enameled cast iron cookware. My love for Le Creuset dates back to the aughts, when I was hosting casserole cook-offs in Brooklyn.
An equally iconic French manufacturer, Staub, does compare in terms of quality, durability, and price. And there's a new contender from Made In that almost edged out both brands in my most recent round of testing.
I've been impressed with nearly everything I've tried from Made In. The DTC brand makes my absolute favorite flatware and I really like their enameled cast iron frying pan.
In terms of quality and design, Made In's Dutch oven is very similar to Le Creuset's. They're both made of heavy-duty enameled cast iron and both have smooth, sand-colored interior enamel.
