Aurora's co-founder Sterling Anderson has resigned as chief product officer, a departure noted during the company’s Q1 earnings call. His resignation comes after the launch of a driverless trucking service, and while he did not specify his next moves, he hinted at an opportunity in another major company. Aurora continues its plans to enhance its self-driving truck operations, intending to deploy trucks at night and in poor weather conditions by late 2025, as well as expand routes beyond Dallas to other major Texas cities and beyond.
