Parloa deploys $350M with SAP, Microsoft, OpenAI partnerships
Parloa, a Berlin-founded platform for building AI agents for enterprise customer service, announced partnerships with SAP, Microsoft, OpenAI, Five9, and Epic. The partnerships follow a January 2026 Series D raising $350 million, bringing total funding to over $560 million. Parloa has surpassed $50 million in annual recurring revenue and reports 150% net revenue retention. Funding accelerated from a $120 million Series C at a $1 billion valuation in May 2025 to a $350 million Series D at a $3 billion valuation seven months later. SAP invested in Parloa and is integrating Parloa’s agents into SAP Service Cloud, while using Parloa internally for an IT concierge system.
