LiveOak Fiber Partnering with Accelecom for Fiber in Georgia

LiveOak Fiber has chosen Accelecom as a partner to enhance its fiber-to-the-home expansion in Georgia, particularly in Chatham and Glynn counties. This partnership is aimed at scaling and upgrading LiveOak's network infrastructure to deliver reliable, high-speed internet to more households in Georgia. LiveOak Fiber is also working with another provider, Seimitsu, in the Savannah area. The company is focused on reducing the time taken for infrastructure deployment and service activation, which is part of their build-to-service model. Additionally, LiveOak has received funding with an investment commitment aimed at supporting its broadband development efforts.
LiveOak Fiber CEO Shane Schilling stated that their partnership with Accelecom will enhance their ability to expand fiber internet services into more homes in Georgia.
The arrangement with Accelecom allows LiveOak Fiber to expedite its build-to-service model, ensuring quicker connectivity for customers after infrastructure deployment.
