Exchange Server 2019 has less than six months left
Briefly

Microsoft is warning administrators that support for Exchange Server 2016 and 2019 is set to end shortly. Although the upcoming Exchange Server SE is intended to fill this gap, its release isn't expected until July 2025, leaving only three months for on-premise migration. Microsoft claims the new iteration will align with previous updates, but many administrators are wary about adopting a version that hasn't been tested extensively. Additionally, prices for on-premises exchanges will increase by 10% in July, complicating the transition further.
No responsible administrator would accept the new version without first testing it, regardless of how much Microsoft might insist that everything will be fine. Three months is not enough time.
Prices for standalone on-premises server products (SharePoint Server, Exchange Server, and Skype for Business Server) are scheduled to jump by 10 percent in July.
